It's specially designed for screen printing on different kinds of glass containers , such as wine bottles, beer bottles, drinking bottles and glasses, goblets. It is widely used both domestic and overseas market. The project requires very little cost and ensure quick payback.

1. It uses a very simple technique to solve the registration problem without positioning point. The key technique is to print with hot melted high temperature glass ink, then burn in a high temperature oven so that the ink merges with the glass. The image is firm and bottle can be washed repeatedly to prevent environmental pollution and save costs.
2. The innovative transmission system is very steady in passing the bottles, easy to shift between different types of bottles, easy to operate.
3. This machine allows to print the glass bottles up to 3 colors.
4. Controlled by PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable at high speed.
5. According to the characteristics of products, this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, non-printing without bottles, etc.
6. Three languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish supported.
